MEET SOME OF THE TEAM

Al Sorbello, President

Al Sorbello, president of Sorbello Landscaping, has been in the green industry since 1985. Since that time he has come to understand the unique aspects of working on Cape Cod and the Islands. Given his knowledge of both landscape construction and maintenance, Al is able to synthesize the design details and build a landscape that is both beautiful and simple to maintain.

Because of his years of experience working with clients, Al has gained an in-depth understanding about how to balance the needs and expectations of the customer with the overall environmental concerns related to landscaping in a fragile Cape Cod environment.

Al is a licensed Core Applicator registered in Massachusetts and holds a Class 2A Hoisting Engineers license.

Joseph Fortescue, Construction Division Manager

Joe has a passion for the outdoors, a love for the industry and an eye for detail. He has worked diligently to create beautiful landscapes. Although spending most of his professional career on the west coast, Joe has taken on New England and the weather with eagerness and fortitude. He and his team look forward to each and every new project, viewing even the largest of projects to be a foundation for a beautiful landscape that they can construct for you. Joe also holds a Class 2A Hoisting Engineers license.

Renee Delorey, Garden Division Manager

Renee has been one of our head gardeners at Sorbello Landscaping Inc. for over 10 years. She holds a Massachusetts state pesticide license, which provides her with continuing education in the most current industry procedures and horticultural practices. She utilizes her experience and training in her garden designs. She grew up surrounded by the natural beauty the Cape has to offer, which has inspired her in her chosen vocation and the pursuit of her various interests.

Kerida Rodriguez, Operations Manager

Kerida joined the Sorbello team in 2014 and oversees the day to day operations of Sorbello Landscaping. From client interactions, to scheduling and contracts, Kerida is responsible for ensuring the services you’ve requested are performed at the correct time. Her previous education and experience in both administrative and operational management has enabled her to facilitate the ‘Sorbello Family’ experience along with the needs and expectations of our clientele.

Justice Welsh, Maintenance Division Manager

Justice took on his role at Sorbello Landscaping Inc. in 2010 in the mowing department. After 2 years he started managing his own mow crew. Justice is very meticulous and has a fine eye for detail. Justice then shifted to managing the maintenance department, that way his eye for detail isn’t just the lawn, but the entire property. He takes pride in all of his work and we at Sorbello Landscaping are excited to continue his education and experience as a landscaper. Justice is a licensed Core Applicator registered in Massachusetts and holds a Class 2A Hoisting Engineers license.
