Al Sorbello, President
Al Sorbello, President of Sorbello Landscaping, brings decades of experience in the green industry, with a career spanning back to 1985. His deep understanding of the unique landscape and environmental conditions of Cape Cod and the Islands allows him to guide projects with both expertise and care.
With a strong background in both landscape construction and maintenance, Al has a talent for bringing design concepts to life in a way that is not only visually striking, but also practical and sustainable. His thoughtful approach ensures that each landscape is built to thrive while remaining manageable for years to come.
Over the course of his career, Al has developed a keen ability to balance client vision with environmental responsibility—an essential skill when working within the delicate ecosystems of coastal New England. His commitment to quality and long-standing client relationships are a cornerstone of the company’s success.
Al is also a licensed Core Applicator in Massachusetts and holds a Class 2A Hoisting Engineer’s License.
Beth Sorbello, Corporation Secretary
Beth Sorbello brings expertise to her role as Co-Owner and Corporate Secretary, She plays an integral part in keeping the company running smoothly behind the scenes.
Beth is known for her sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to balance multiple facets of the business with ease. Her thoughtful approach and commitment to excellence help support both the team and the company’s continued growth.
Beyond her professional strengths, Beth’s friendly nature and positive energy contribute to a welcoming and collaborative environment that defines the company’s culture.
Kerida Rodriguez, Operations Manager
Kerida Rodriguez has been an integral part of the Sorbello Landscaping team since 2014, overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations with efficiency and care. From managing client communications to coordinating scheduling and contracts, she ensures that every service is delivered seamlessly and on time.
With a strong background in administrative and operational management, Kerida brings organization, structure, and a client-focused approach to her role. Her ability to balance logistics with personalized service helps create the signature “Sorbello Family” experience that clients have come to expect.
Kerida’s dedication and attention to detail play a key role in maintaining smooth operations while supporting both the team and the needs of each client.
Joe Fortescue, Construction Manager
Joe Fortescue brings a passion for the outdoors, a deep appreciation for the landscaping industry, and a sharp eye for detail to his role as Construction Manager. With extensive experience gained throughout his career—much of it on the West Coast—he has honed his ability to create landscapes that are both beautiful and built to last.
Since transitioning to New England, Joe has embraced the region’s unique climate and challenges with enthusiasm and determination. His hands-on approach and commitment to quality ensure that every project, regardless of size, is executed with precision and care.
Joe and his team approach each new project as an opportunity to build something exceptional, laying the groundwork for landscapes that clients can enjoy for years to come.
Joe also holds a Class 2A Hoisting Engineer’s License.
Renee Delorey, Garden Division Manager
Renee Delorey brings over a decade of experience to her role as Garden Division Manager at Sorbello Landscaping. As one of the company’s lead gardeners for more than 10 years, she has developed a deep knowledge of horticulture and a strong eye for creating vibrant, well-balanced garden spaces.
Renee holds a Massachusetts state pesticide license, allowing her to stay current with evolving industry standards, best practices, and sustainable horticultural techniques. She thoughtfully applies this expertise to her garden designs, ensuring each space is both beautiful and thriving.
Having grown up surrounded by the natural beauty of Cape Cod, Renee draws ongoing inspiration from the region’s unique landscape. Her passion for her work is evident in every project, where she blends experience, creativity, and care to bring each garden to life.
Marvin Rose, Maintenance Division Manager
Marvin Rose has been a valued member of the Sorbello Landscaping team since 2012, beginning his career in the construction department before expanding his experience across the maintenance and gardening divisions. This well-rounded background gives him a comprehensive understanding of each property and its unique needs.
Known for his meticulous approach and keen eye for detail, Marvin brings a high level of care and precision to his role as Maintenance Division Manager. His transition into this leadership position allows him to oversee entire properties, ensuring that every element is maintained to the highest standard.
Marvin takes great pride in his work and continues to grow his expertise within the industry. His dedication to quality and ongoing development make him an essential part of the Sorbello Landscaping team.
Marvin also holds a Class 2A Hoisting Engineer’s License.
Sabrina Caddell, Design Coordinator / Project Manager
Sabrina Caddell brings approximately 20 years of design experience to her role as Design Coordinator and Project Manager at Sorbello Landscaping. Originally rooted in interior design, she has expanded her expertise into exterior environments, creating a well-rounded perspective that bridges indoor and outdoor living spaces.
She joined Sorbello Landscaping in 2017 and began her journey in the field as a gardener, gaining hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of landscape construction, installation and maintenance. This ground-up approach has strengthened her design process and allows her to create thoughtful, functional, and achievable plans for each project.
